Painting with Oil Pastels: Adult Workshop ArtSea Gallery in Tulista Park, Sidney, BC Wednesday, August 9th 6:00-8:30pm The 'Painting With Oil Pastels' workshop is an introduction to oil pastels as a medium. Arabella Young will walk us through the methods and materials she uses to create vibrant, expressionistic florals and landscapes, in her unique style. Come and learn about the techniques Arabella uses, as well as create your own small artwork using these methods, in this inspiring and engaging session. This 2.5 hour workshop includes all materials. You will leave with your own package of materials to then continue creating in your own time and space. Material package includes a set of 16 oil pastels, a 6- 4.5x6 pieces of oil pastel paper, and a few other goodies to help you get started on your work. A list of recommended materials will also be provided. |
